Yes, I'm still smilin'.

Unpacking is comin' along, slowly but surely. So far, I've unpacked my wardrobe, and part of the kitchen. I never thought I'd say this but, I have so much clothing. So much, I'm ashamed of myself. Some of 'em still even have the tags on them! I got so frustrated last night trying to organize my closet, I just gave up and filled two garbage bags full of clothes to be ready for the Veteran's pick up.

I'm doin' good in the shoe department. If I could, I'd just wear some Kerry's [flipflops] all year long but I don't think my little toesy woesies would do good in below zero weather. Anyhow, that's the update on the move to my new apartment.

As for my wisdom tooth extraction. Not really having any pains in the gum area. I think today's the first day I've not really experienced any pain at all. It's been almost two weeks now. Still a little tenderness but all is good.


Geez, what else?

I'm still on the emotional high regarding the Presidential Election. You know, I'm not sure if I mentioned this before but on Election Day, a couple people made fun of the fact that my Vote "wouldn't count" because of where I live...

But, since W got the popular vote [which makes me feel even more ecstatic], my Vote did count. I spoke with my other friends who also live here who shared the same sentiments as myself on Election day, and we are all just wonderstruck with the outcome. I'm so glad I did not let the negativity get the best of me. I normally wouldn't taunt and stuff but here's a big FUCKYOU to the certain beings that made my life a living hell.

Happy sigh.
