I can't remember what I did today. I truly can't. [But here is my explanation as to why, especially when it's the only thing I can remember doing]

It was effing freezing in my office. I'm talking I literally felt like my desk was OUTSIDE, in the frigid air. I was shivering so bad my teeth were chattering. Here is my attempt at Kung Fu'ing the building manager.

Ring...ring...ring...

"Hi. It's very cold in my office suite."

"Well...Is your heat on?"

[GAH! I felt like she just bitch slapped me with that stupid idiotic question]

"YES. It's VERY cold in here. I am physically unable to work, that's how cold it is. I am calling you with my winter coat, hat, and gloves still on, and I've been here since 8 this morning."

"Well, where are you calling from. We have many, many, many loca-"

I interrupted the bitch. She was speaking to me in a very rude tone. I gave her my location and continued on with my rant.

"I have a few other complaints. Is the cleaning crew assigned to this building on a holiday because when my coworkers and I came in this morning, none of the trash barrels were emptied, AND,

I had called maybe three or four times in the past to report that the first couple stalls in the first floor women's bathroom, the doors do not lock. They fall open. When you're seated, the doors fall open. I nearly smashed my head into the door. After I---After I...Well you know what I'm getting at. Another person here, she works in human resources, she told me she called to report this as well.

And another thing,

The toilet paper. It does not stay in the toilet dispenser. When you tug at the tp, it falls out of the dispenser onto the floor. I've come into the bathroom where all the toilet paper rolls are on the floor. Do you know how unsanitary that is? OR get this, you tug at the tp, it comes off in little SHREDS. SHREDDED pieces not big enough to take care of business, ya know what I mean? SO it's like I go to the bathroom, people can see me do my business, I nearly smash my head into the door, and the toilet paper situation just adds more inconvenience."

"Okay, ma'am. I'll look into this."

This is all I can remember from this day.

It's snowing heavily right now. Maybe tomorrow's work day will be cancelled.
