I just wanted to mention this because it really bugged me. Not one person. Not ONE, mentioned the Iraqi election today. Not one. Not even the blue tint on my index finger sparked a conversation. No, "Why the hell is your finger blue," inquiries.

Bizarre.

Maybe to some this wasn't a big deal, but my respect goes out to the US Armed Forces and the Coalition who made this possible AND still are.

I know that the future is unclear, anything can happen but first things first.
